From being welcomed into a traditional mountain family in the lush jungle of Haiti's mountain region to seeing the darkest parts of Haiti in it's capitol Port-au-Prince, these nine days changed my life. The trip taught me to push my comfort zone. When you do this, it opens your eyes to a whole new world that you might just fall in love with.
